I have a new Nook that will not (1) display the book covers (BN books with covers), and (2) display anything other than one Dave Barry article in The Daily. The same article just appears each day.

I purchased the Nook about a week ago. After some calls to customer service and several attempts to unregister/re-register, reset, and restore, I was told to return it and get a new one. My new Nook has the same problems.

Any thoughts?

are you using 3g or wifi?

The daily is a grab bag anyway but the nook covers part would stink. How many books? Are you sure the ones you have provide covers?
