Website looks interesting; having a kid going to school next year I'm wondering the primary benefits.

1) Save money? Sounds like renting electronic versions can save dough - but a lot?
2) Less to carry; but need power and not good outdoors
3) Annotations, notes, etc. may be easier than paper. If there is a social aspect where you can share notes with other nookStudy users... Wow, that might be cool.

Guess will try to install it; just curious if anyone else has.

I tried it. Couldn't zoom in and out with my mac trackpad, seemed not to be a very mac-ish app. Overall was "ok" surprise no show my college textbooks even though put in my school. Just takes you to website to buy.

yeah its working pretty well. I have a few problems with wifi. There is a cool video that explains the basics of it.

Is it free? I got the auto update for the new software last night. I have yet to explore all of the new features, but most of the apps cost you. I know that the nook Study app costs a dollar or two. I don't know how much it would help me if I am unable to access my student website on my NookColor.
